Cormier is literally a hands-on builder, and is often found onsite involving himself in every step of the construction process.  He hasn’t forgotten the company’s roots and continues to follow the same values and ethics that Breymark Homes was founded on.  “Before I got into the home building industry I was a dairy farmer, so I was up at 4:30am every day.  You develop a committed work ethic, and even though I have now traded agriculture for home building, the philosophy of farm life – and the lessons it taught me – has never left me,” says Cormier.   “People think I’m crazy that I still work onsite every day; they think that my time would be better spent on looking for more land.  But the land seems to always find me.  I truly enjoy what I do, and when you’re working it’s hard to think of anything else but your work.  For me, it’s a good way to keep grounded.”
