Since 2006, Breymark Homes has been building custom homes in Southwestern Ontario and surrounding areas, building a distinction of uncompromising quality that turned the Breymark name into a trademark among the city’s custom and multi-unit builders.
Some homebuilders aim for territorial dominance. Others covet chart-blowing production. And while those approaches are commonplace, Brett Cormier, President of Breymark Homes, takes a significantly different approach when it comes to the company’s direction. Since their launch, Breymark Homes have had a very clear and simple goal – to build the homes that their clients truly want. At Breymark Homes, it’s never about volume, it is always about value. Cormier believes that every home he builds should embrace an unwavering commitment to creativity, collaboration, and most importantly, honesty and trust. “There should be no exceptions to honesty and trust. I’ve always prided myself on being transparent, and letting people know who I am and what I stand for,” he states. “Without honesty and trust, you might as well pack up and go home. I believe my clients appreciate and understand that, and I am dedicated to providing an exceptional experience and I’ve committed to treating my clients in a truthful and honest manner.”
STRONG WORK ETHIC
Cormier is literally a hands-on builder, and is often found onsite involving himself in every step of the construction process. He hasn’t forgotten the company’s roots and continues to follow the same values and ethics that Breymark Homes was founded on. “Before I got into the home building industry I was a dairy farmer, so I was up at 4:30am every day. You develop a committed work ethic, and even though I have now traded agriculture for home building, the philosophy of farm life – and the lessons it taught me – has never left me,” says Cormier. “People think I’m crazy that I still work onsite every day; they think that my time would be better spent on looking for more land. But the land seems to always find me. I truly enjoy what I do, and when you’re working it’s hard to think of anything else but your work. For me, it’s a good way to keep grounded.”
Breymark Homes’ commitment to provide clients with an outstanding home buying experience is shared by the key partners and trades they have worked closely with over the years. Cormier is determined to work only with individuals and trade partners who fully subscribe to the Breymark promise to consistently exceed the expectations of its clients. “My trades know what I expect from them, and since I’m onsite every day, they know I’m going to see the product during the entire construction phase. I’ve been working with the same trades for 10-15 years now, and together we are committed to delivering quality results,” he states.
Woodstock has been known as one of the fastest growing communities in Southwestern Ontario with a 8.3 percent growth since the last census in 2011 and Breymark Homes has chosen a location that will serve this community beautifully. Set against the prestigious Sally Creek Golf Club and 30km of beautiful walking trails, residents of Breymark’s The Links will have convenient access to a spectacular range of activities.
Thoughtfully designed with a keen eye on detail, The Links surround you with comfort and convenience in a style that is both contemporary and timeless. With an inspiring offering of townhomes, semi-detached, and spacious single lots for the modern needs of this thriving region. Homes in this three-phase project are priced from the $200’s and up and offer homebuyers a total lifestyle package with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites ranging in size from 1351 to 1693 square feet.
These homes offer attractive interiors, spacious floor plans with nine-foot ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and natural green heritage spaces with a collection of parks and trails right close by. “The designs for The Links are fantastic, and so is the product itself. They are very livable and rich looking with elegant exteriors, great colour selections, and open concept layouts,” says Cormier. “The location in Woodstock is great and is close to walking and cross country skiing trails, soccer fields, and schools. There is so much to offer on that side of town and it feels more rural instead of being downtown,” Cormier says.
