Now available in dimensions up to 12’ x 10’ and 14’ x 8’. The Loft XL is specifically designed for new constructions or renovation projects that require large openings. It combines architectural elegance with enhanced energy performance, featuring a new 5 mm triple-glazed sealed unit available in select sizes.

One standout feature is the Flow handle, which boasts a flawless finish and refined design. It incorporates a multipoint mortise that enhances both aesthetics and security, enabling effortless lifting of glass panels weighing up to 550 lb (250 kg). Operation remains remarkably smooth, even with large, heavy panels.

“Drawn to expansive glass spaces and the desire for more natural light, Canadian homeowners are increasingly seeking large-scale products that offer certified energy efficiency, premium materials, and strong resistance to our Canadian climate,” says Steven Veilleux, National Sales Director for Groupe Novatech.

The anodized aluminum sill, offered in black or clear finishes, resists wear and retains its upscale appearance over time. Additionally, the Loft XL is available in white, black, clear anodized, and custom finishes. A lockable handle will be available starting in January, providing the Loft XL with the full functionality of a primary entry door.
