New Holland PowerStar series utility tractors feature four next generation models with new upgraded loaders and transmission options set to hit the market this Fall.
The 90,100,110, and 120 PowerStar models are generated by an FPT Industrial 3.7-liter four cylinder engine with a 3.4 – gallon DEF tank.
The Compact HI-eSCR 2 emissions-reduction technology features offer a much higher torque with an engine increase of up to 5 horsepower. For the three largest PowerStar models, operators have the option to incorporate a 12×12 transmission with a column-mounted electronic power shuttle, which is particularly beneficial for tasks that require frequent forward-reverse shifting, such as loader operations on a tractor. The four models can be upgraded to the 24×24 Dual Command transmission, which offers similar features to the 12×12 but additionally includes a Hi-Lo speed option across all four gears. Both transmission types now come equipped with a Dynamic Start-Stop mode designed to minimize operator fatigue, enabling users to stop by pressing the brake pedal and resume driving by simply releasing it.
Additionally, new features are the factory-installed LU Series front loaders, which boast enhanced lifting capacity, increased lifting height, and quicker cycle times. Available options include the non-self-leveling 650LU, the mechanically self-leveling 655LU, and a skid-steer-style quick-attach faceplate that can be fitted with a third function diverter valve for operating attachments.
