Mann and his team have used these extensive practices in previous projects to effectively manage drainage and include air barriers in a complete wall system. “The inner Rain-Wall system was utilized beneath the brick and stucco façade to provide a long term certainty for a well designed and constructed building,” states Mann. These systems have assisted Statesman in advancing modern technologies that validate energy performance and cost effectiveness.
