Sandhu recognizes that their achievements would not have been possible without the support of their community so he takes great pride in giving back for causes close to home.  That’s why the Sandhu team gives back to their city and gets involved in various events and charities on a yearly basis.  Their philosophy of giving back to the community is reflected with their partnership with the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ to address long-term social and economic costs of homelessness.  Karampaul participated in the CEO Sleepout, which employs employment programs for the homeless and generated donations over $200,000 for the cause.
